Focus Consulting is an independent firm of Chartered Accountants and business advisors located in Dublin and Limerick delivering Corporate Finance and Consulting solutions. The firm was established to provide businesses with access to a dynamic consultative approach delivered by professionals with proven expertise, energy and passion for their clients and assignments.   Our team are proven specialists in their respective areas working at board and operational level with investors, lenders, business owners and other professionals.  Our commitment is to deliver a bespoke corporate finance and consulting solution for every business situation we deal with. 

Focus Consulting was formed in 2010 by Brian McGann and Robert Adams to provide clients with an integrated and independent corporate finance and broad based consulting service.  Brian McGann was responsible for the development of the BDO Simpson Xavier accountancy offices in Limerick after initially founding Brian McGann and Associates in 1984.  He is recognised as one of the leading Corporate Finance professionals in Ireland with particular expertise in the area of corporate recovery, restructuring and funding strategies.

Robert Adams is a former Corporate Finance Partner with BDO Simpson Xavier.  He has developed his national profile in the areas of Healthcare, Aviation and Hospitality sectors engaged regularly by senior management teams, owner managers and financial institutions.
