Robert Adams is Director with responsibility for Corporate Finance transactions. Robert works across a broad range of Corporate Finance activities. He has significant commercial experience in undertaking independent business reviews, due dilligences, project appraisals, feasibility studies, business planning and strategic advisory.

He has provided extensive consultation to medical practices in the primary care area. In the delivery of these commercial partner type projects he has devised the entire project structure from feasibility studies, strategic partner identification to funding options. He also focuses on corporate restructuring and project based client advisory which has resulted in developing a large bank of clients across a broad range of sectors.

Previous Experience

He has developed a strong reputation for financial planning among banking sector throughout region. He has undertaken a large range of due diligence, business valuations in addition to key involvement in many of the largest business acquisitions and disposals in the region over the past numbers of yeara. Robert is also responsible for delivering range of financial modelling assignments through innovative application of financial modelling techniques.

Background

Prior to Focus Consulting Robert was Corporate Finance Partner with BDO Simpson Xavier. A graduate of University of Limerick, with a BBS Robert commenced his training with BDO completing his final admitting examinations in 2004. After completing his training contract in Audit & Business Advisory Robert moved to the Corporate Finance division of the firm.

Robert is an Associate of the Chartered Accountants Ireland and former Director with Limerick Chamber. Robert has successfuly completed the Institute of Chartered Accountants Diploma in Insolvency.
