Focus Capital was formed in 2011 and is a sister company of Focus Consulting (Focus Corporate Finance Limited). It holds equity investments on behalf of the promoters in companies that they feel they can add strategic value to.

The promoters will hold a non executive role in the business’s and will have backed a very strong management team in order for them to invest.
